These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the CareFind Broward website, directory, media content, and related services, including information on assisted living, memory care, and other senior care services. By accessing or using this website or engaging with CareFind Broward in any manner, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this website or our services.

CareFind Broward is a senior care directory and lifestyle publication designed to help families navigate various senior care services, including assisted living and memory care options, with clarity. At the same time, it offers providers verified visibility, credibility, and a strong community presence. CareFind Broward operates as a division of Empowered2Coach Media Inc. and functions as a for-profit informational and media platform.

CareFind Broward does not operate as a referral, placement, brokerage, or care coordination service for assisted living, memory care, or other senior care services. We do not recommend, endorse, rank, or select providers for families seeking these services. Additionally, we do not receive commissions for referrals or placements. Our listings are informational only and intended to support independent decision-making. Families are responsible for contacting providers directly and conducting their own due diligence.

All listings for assisted living, memory care, and other senior care services are based on information provided by facilities or service providers and displayed for informational purposes only.

Paid plans, badges, and visibility upgrades are designed to enhance how a facility or service provider, such as those offering assisted living, memory care, or senior care services, is displayed within the directory. These offerings: Improve visibility and presentation Do not influence referrals Do not guarantee inquiries, placements, or outcomes Performance metrics, when provided, reflect visibility data only.

CareFind Broward publishes editorial, educational, and promotional content related to senior care services, including articles, podcasts, interviews, and magazine features focused on assisted living and memory care. 

Participation in media features does not imply endorsement. 

Editorial placement does not constitute a referral or recommendation. 

Content is intended for informational and educational purposes only, particularly in the context of assisted living and memory care options.

CareFind Broward reserves editorial discretion over all published content.

Facilities and providers of assisted living, memory care, and other senior care services enrolling in paid plans authorize CareFind Broward to process payments as agreed. Monthly plans may continue until canceled in accordance with stated terms. Fees are for visibility and media services only. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Payment processing may occur through third-party platforms. CareFind Broward does not store full payment account details.

By contacting or communicating with CareFind Broward regarding our assisted living, memory care, or senior care services, you acknowledge and agree that: Phone calls may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance, training, and documentation purposes. SMS and email communications may be used for operational or service-related contact. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP.

All website content, branding, badges, designs, text, graphics, and media related to assisted living, memory care, and senior care services are the intellectual property of Empowered2Coach Media Inc. unless otherwise stated.

You may not:

CareFind Broward and Empowered2Coach Media Inc. are not liable for: Decisions made by families or providers based on directory information regarding assisted living, memory care, or other senior care services; outcomes resulting from provider selection; errors, omissions, or changes in third-party information; and business performance, occupancy, or inquiries. Use of this site is at your own discretion and risk.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CareFind Broward and Empowered2Coach Media Inc. from claims arising from: Information you submit regarding senior care services, misrepresentation of assisted living services or credentials, and violations of these Terms and Conditions related to memory care.

CareFind Broward may update these Terms and Conditions at any time, especially in relation to our assisted living, memory care, and senior care services. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Florida, where Empowered2Coach Media Inc. operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, and in relation to assisted living, memory care, and senior care services.
